Founded in 2000, EMStream has built a significant customer base for its customised music solutions. Each program is tailored to the specific demographics and ‘feel’ of the customer’s premises – including individual programs tailored to the ambience of separate areas within the overall venue.
The music programs reflect a detailed brief that includes the customer demographic that the venue is designed to attract, and the overall mood required depending upon the time of day. EMStream has signed as major clients, Sydney’s Shangri-La Hotel, as well as Hilton Hotels in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney to name but a few.
EMStream Director, Susan Jersky, comments that EMStream’s unique offering is the logical next step for a venue wanting to create an attractive, sophisticated ambience for its customers.
“Hotels, who can spend up to $200M in interior decorations to suit a target demographic, appreciate how powerful music is in creating the right mood.
EMStream’s expertise – which includes decades of experience in music programming – ensures that our customers get the right music for their patrons at a given time of day,” she commented.
“While EMStream is already profitable, the support of our investors - including ADI – is enabling us to strengthen our ability to deliver increasingly sophisticated services to Australian hospitality and retail businesses. We are also now releasing new products that extend our customised offering in a modular way,.”
ADI Director, Ivan Kaye added, “EMStream has already established a significant niche in the Australian market. The company’s products and services are readily scalable, using existing technology, to be delivered in Australia and overseas. This scalability provides opportunities for continued expansion that will, we believe, ensure EMStream achieves strong, continued growth in the years ahead.”
