The 16 August 06 was an exciting night if you are interested in ip & innovation.

The panellist shared their ideas, their experiences and even some "war stories" with the audience.

Topics discussed included how companies can "innovate", tips for companies that are "deep" in an R&D phase for a proposed new product, techniques for "trapping" knowledge and avoiding knowledge "leakage" and finally ended with a very interesting discussion on their thoughts as to whether patenting is a must for attracting and then maintaining investor interest
