FAMOCO, a France based near-field communications specialist, raised €11M in funding from Idinvest Partners, Aurinvest and others. Present in around 30 countries, Famoco has deployed more than 100,000 terminals in less than three years of marketing. The startup now includes nearly 200 customers.

Utrip, a destination discovery and travel planning platform, raised $4M in a Series A round of funding from Plug & Play, Tiempo Capital and others. Founded in 2012, Utrip recently bolstered its portfolio to over 50 clients. The company previously raised $850K in December 2014 and $750K earlier in the same year, both as seed rounds.
