Happiness

From an excerpt if Jonathan Sacks – celebrating life:-

Happiness is a close relative of faith – faith as a form of attention, mindfulness, not taking things for granted, of giving thanks, faith as the courage to make and keep commitments, of which relationships and trust are born.

In the movie “life is beautiful” – a film about the holocast, it portrayed the power of the human spirit to defeat tragedy by celebrating life in the midst of suffering.
