Everything happens in a cycle.
Think Winter in the Summer and Summer in the Winter.
More Difficulty than Opportunity – then more opportunity than difficulty

Where are we in the cycle!! Is this not the time to take advantage. In my view, 2009 and 2010 will be the year where people will look back and say…. if only I would have invested then!!!
